1.1. Personalized products: Processing may take 1–3 business days, depending on the complexity of the request.

1.2. Non-personalized products: Processing is completed within up to 2 business days after payment confirmation.


 

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

2.1. We offer worldwide shipping with estimated delivery times depending on the destination:

 

• Europe: 5–10 business days after dispatch

• North America: 5–10 business days after dispatch

• South America: 5–10 business days after dispatch

• Asia: 3–6 business days after dispatch

• Africa: 5–10 business days after dispatch

• Oceania (Australia & New Zealand): 5–10 business days after dispatch

 

2.2. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs processes, carrier delays, or local holidays.

2.3. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link to follow its journey until delivery.

 

3. Shipping Costs

3.1. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

3.2. During promotions or campaigns, free shipping may apply for orders above a specified amount (when stated).


 

4. Order Tracking

 4.1. Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking code and instructions to follow your delivery.

4.2. It is the customer’s responsibility to monitor the shipment using the tracking code provided.


 

5. Failed Deliveries

5.1. If delivery cannot be completed due to absence at the address or incorrect information, the customer will be responsible for any additional reshipment costs.

5.2. Please ensure that all details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.


 

6. Lost or Damaged Orders

 6.1. If your order is lost or arrives damaged in transit, please contact us at help@foreverinwords.com within 7 business days from the estimated delivery date.

6.2. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where applicable, replace or refund the product.


 

7. Shipping Restrictions

7.1. We currently do not ship to countries or regions where postal services or carriers have specific restrictions.
